2024 Leader Development Program (LDP)

Congratulations and Welcome to the Leader Development Program (LDP). Our people are at the foundation of everything for our business. It is the goal of the LDP to help develop and grow our new and emerging leaders, along with those who may currently be managers, but haven't had the opportunity to receive training at TeleTracking. No matter why you are here, we are happy to have you!   Throughout the next 12 weeks we will cover a variety of subjects to build or expand on a management foundation. Fridays will be set days for workshops or discussions. We will be pulling in our Leadership Teams and Subject Matter Experts to help understand key concepts about TeleTracking's business.
